Drive initial setup and strategy for new US healthcare accounts and clinical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Kick-start new accounts by engaging directly with customers to establish necessary frameworks and processes.
• Craft solution designs based on customer requirements, including estimation, planning, and coordination.
• Execute project requirements by creating user stories and grooming development teams through sprints.
• Support sales efforts by participating in prospect calls to identify market challenges and needs.
• Generate technical content regarding US healthcare domains to support marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare business analysis.
• Deep knowledge of HL7, EDI, NCPDP, and FHIR standards.
• Experience with CCDA, QRDA, SNOMED, and ICD9/10.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks including PQRS, MIPS, MACRA, AAPMs, HQRP, HEDIS, and Star ratings.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into functional technical solutions.
• Experience managing the transition of account knowledge to other team members.
• Background in Computer Science or a related technical field.
