Description

You will support the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for mental health treatment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business and clinical processes to identify improvement areas.
• Evaluate business rules and functional requirements for system compliance.
• Author and review business requirements documents to guide development.
• Plan, schedule, and document project meetings and stakeholder interactions.
• Assist with solution evaluation, reporting, and organizational change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain business process workflows.
• Experience constructing effective test plans and test cases.
• Strong capability in writing technical documentation and business requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex ideas in user-friendly language.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with EHR systems in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of data systems used within a behavioral health environment.
