Business Analyst

You will support higher education clients by managing business requirements and application functionality within the Ellucian Banner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document customer business requirements through direct stakeholder engagement.
• Write test scripts and execute functional testing for applications.
• Provide day-to-day support to client stakeholders.
• Manage Banner business processes to ensure alignment with institutional needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience working with Ellucian Banner 9 modules (Student, FA, AR, Admissions) and Banner Self Service.
• Direct experience working with schools in a Higher Ed environment.
• Proficiency with Banner App Nav and Web Tailor.
• Strong knowledge of Banner business processes.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL-SQL.
• Ability to write technical test scripts.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UC4 schedulers or Ellucian Ethos.
• Prior UofSC Banner implementation experience.
