Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert for Client DNA system implementations and requirements analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Client DNA implementations.
• Perform gap analysis between product requirements and Client DNA capabilities to identify necessary customizations or process changes.
• Map requirements and products between Client DNA and other product processors or systems.
• Configure and document system settings for deposit, lending, and treasury products.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and trace impacts between requirements and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 1-2+ years of experience with Client DNA implementations as a Business Requirements Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Client DNA Core.
• Direct experience performing gap analysis between requirements and system functionality.
• Hands-on screen-by-screen configuration experience within Client DNA for lending, deposits, or treasury.
• Domain knowledge of deposit and loan products, including data attributes for various services.
• Ability to define and document system parameters using plain English.
• Experience identifying risks related to business requirements and configuration challenges.
