Description

You will translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and process flows. You will own the documentation and integration strategy for data exchange projects.

Responsibilities

• Decipher business requirements to develop detailed specifications and process flows.
• Analyze business processes to identify integration points and data flows.
• Author user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Facilitate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and development stakeholders.
• Create file and API specifications and technical documentation for integration projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with SQL, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory.
• Understanding of IPaaS development (e.g., Boomi).
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and data exchange protocols such as EDI and HL7.
