You will support the CAPPS Financials upgrade project team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and conduct review meetings with subject matter experts to document complex system processes.
  • Create formal functional documents, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing across multiple cycles.
  • Estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate project progress using remote collaboration tools.
  • Serve as a backup for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Asset Management modules as needed.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Accounting modules.
  • Experience with fund accounting in a government context.
  • Proven ability to conduct formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations for stakeholders.
  • Experience performing at least four end-to-end system integration and external interface testing cycles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams/Channels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with diverse teams.
  • Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government) or CAPPS Financials.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
  • Experience with SharePoint, Jira, Scrum framework, or STAT.
