Description

You will manage the development and delivery of digital banking programs and onboarding journeys.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT, Credit Policy, Legal, Compliance, and Sharia teams to collate requirements for new digital initiatives.
• Align stakeholders on process flows, UI/UX, and credit rule configurations for new digital journeys.
• Lead initiatives to enhance mobile app functionality, usability, and accessibility to improve customer experience.
• Monitor customer performance and behaviors to analyze interactions across digital journeys.
• Identify gaps in internal risk and control processes and implement mitigation actions.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing banking projects with multiple stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record of managing the development and delivery of digital programs.
• Experience delivering digital onboarding journeys such as Covered Cards, Home Finance, or Auto Finance.
• Competency in UI/UX alignment and process flow design.
• Ability to prepare detailed project updates and KPIs for senior management.
• Experience working within governance frameworks and internal control processes.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
