Description

You will bridge the gap between trading business operations and technology teams to deliver functional requirements and process transformations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders in Trading, Business Operations, and PMO to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to create flow diagrams, workflows, and high-level summaries.
• Manage requirement traceability from initial BRD through to test plan results.
• Collaborate with development leads on application enhancements, defect troubleshooting, and technical solution design.
• Drive project execution using JIRA to provide status updates and tracking for technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Agile methodology expertise.
• SDLC proficiency.
• Agile Analysis Certification.
• Business Data Analytics skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders and project risks/issues.
• Ability to create high-quality functional design documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
