Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with MS Visio or Lucidchart.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, or IT Services.
