Description

You perform advanced business analysis across multiple projects, acting as the conduit between customers and the development team to manage requirements flow throughout the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Derive requirements from customer interviews and create system requirements documents.
• Manage requirements specification and verify fulfillment of all requirements post-baseline.
• Involve yourself throughout the entire software development life cycle.
• Create mockups, wireframes, user stories, and use cases.
• Support business process reengineering and development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years performing System Analysis and Design, including mockups and/or wireframes.
• 5+ years experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 5+ years experience in Business Process Reengineering.
• 5+ years experience deriving requirements from interviews and creating system requirements documents.
• 4+ years experience in Business Process Development.
• 3+ years experience in the development of user stories and use cases.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Atlassian Jira.
• Prior experience or familiarity with TEA applications and programs.
