Description

You will support billing, claims, and enrollment processes within the US healthcare sector.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for healthcare projects.
• Manage project workflows and deliverables.
• Analyze billing and claims data using mainframe systems.
• Execute reporting tasks to support finance and group enrollment functions.
• Solve complex analytical problems related to enrollment and billing cycles.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in the US healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience with NASCO or other mainframe-based billing and claims systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Experience with group enrollment, billing, and finance workflows.
• Proven ability in project management and requirements gathering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Availability to work on EST hours.
