Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes within Oracle EBS.
• Support functional requirements and system workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications.
• Document and validate process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data mapping and process modeling.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Financials, Supply Chain).
