Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and IT teams to support the development of a new IT stack.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and data flows to identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
• Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend solutions to identified business problems.
• Assist in testing and validating systems to ensure they meet defined requirements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of industry experience in a business analysis or related role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse team collaboration.
• Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to perform data analysis to drive business decisions.
