Description

Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions for application development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems to develop system recommendations that meet user requirements.
• Interview end users to document detailed requirements and create use cases, models, and business rules.
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and defined definitions of done and ready.
• Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology implementations.
• Combine IT and business process knowledge to recommend technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare or Lab industry.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, supplementary requirements, and business rules.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Rally.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word, Visio, and Outlook.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe frameworks.
• Knowledge of HL7 standards.
