• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Support agile project delivery by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, or Oracle HCM (or equivalent tools).
• Strong understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to document and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Active H1B visa holder or eligible for H1B transfer.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
