You will act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating complex requirements into actionable system specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document clear, testable, and prioritized requirements for system development.
• Translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholders and vice versa.
• Analyze complex problems to define logical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product owners throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage requirements and documentation using industry-standard tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with requirements management and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and active listening skills to capture true business needs.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
• Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) or JIRA.
• Understanding of system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• CSM certification.
