You will define and document system requirements across the development lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement management plans for projects, ensuring transparent communication across all levels.
• Determine and develop user requirements for production systems to maximize usability.
• Evaluate and communicate systems requirements continuously, maintaining processes and delivering monthly status reports.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management.
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Experience working with Business Objects.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.
• Familiarity with Business Analysis and Agile Methodology.
• Excellent communicator capable of translating data into actionable insights.
