You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and impact assessments.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with MS Visio and SQL.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or similar certification.
