You will define and optimize commercial claims payment processes for a global organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and document business and IT needs independently.
• Map current state processes and define target state solutions for claims payment workflows.
• Collaborate with business liaisons and Payment Hub teams to scope functional needs.
• Drive business and IT workshops, product demos, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Document new or revised processes and procedures resulting from project efforts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Claims and Payment SME domains.
• 7+ years of experience working in an Agile way of working.
• Experience with Pega Payment workflows or Pega CBA certification.
• Deep knowledge of the Commercial Claims Life Cycle, including Treasury, Payment Channels, and Disbursements.
• Experience with One Inc Payment Hub and Payee Information Platforms.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management and end-to-end claims payment processes.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS.
• Agile Certified Product Owner credentials.
