Description

You will design and build agentic AI solutions to automate business analysis processes, including needs assessment, requirement documentation, and workflow modeling. This role sits on-site in Warren, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize BA agents using LLM and agent frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Engineer prompt chains and context augmentation to handle stakeholder queries and draft process flows.
• Integrate agents with collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Slack.
• Collaborate with product teams to curate domain-specific corpora and refine agent behavior.
• Evaluate agent accuracy and utility through continuous feedback loops and real-world tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or Process Analyst.
• 1+ years developing or deploying AI/LLM-based applications, chatbots, or workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong background in business process mapping and requirements engineering.
• Demonstrated skill using agent and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to translate BA logic into functional agent design and actionable code.
