You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and optimize requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements gathering and grooming sessions to ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with technical resources to recommend how requirements can be addressed within existing applications.
• Analyze data and industry best practices to support data-driven business decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally within mid-sized to large organizations.
• Proven experience working in both Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to conduct research and assess industry practices to support decision-making.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to recommend potential solution providers.
