You will analyze organizational processes and systems to integrate business models with technology.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current states, identify customer requirements, and define future state business solutions.
  • Liaise between business and technical teams to architect solutions and align technical requirements with critical processes.
  • Partner with project managers to lead weekly meetings, gather requirements, and identify business needs.
  • Manage DOT Drupal CMS workflows, including web content publishing, taxonomy, and authoring.
  • Provide CMS expertise by resolving end-user issues and delivering training.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience with Agile User Story Mapping tools.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • 3-5 years of experience using Atlassian Jira.
  • Experience with Drupal content management systems.
  • Ability to research, gather, and synthesize complex information.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
  • US Citizenship required.
