You will analyze organizational processes and systems to integrate business models with technology.
Responsibilities
- Assess current states, identify customer requirements, and define future state business solutions.
- Liaise between business and technical teams to architect solutions and align technical requirements with critical processes.
- Partner with project managers to lead weekly meetings, gather requirements, and identify business needs.
- Manage DOT Drupal CMS workflows, including web content publishing, taxonomy, and authoring.
- Provide CMS expertise by resolving end-user issues and delivering training.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience with Agile User Story Mapping tools.
- 3-5 years of experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- 3-5 years of experience using Atlassian Jira.
- Experience with Drupal content management systems.
- Ability to research, gather, and synthesize complex information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
- US Citizenship required.
