Description

You will support User Experience and Development teams to improve the accessibility and inclusivity of digital products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and digital interfaces to identify accessibility barriers.
• Document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for accessibility improvements.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Test applications using assistive technology tools to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Understanding of WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Ability to work alongside UX designers and developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Must be a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) for at least three years.
• Must be Federal Tax compliant.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Active Moderate Risk MBI clearance.
