Description

You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, focusing on process integration and Drupal CMS management within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current organizational processes and systems to define future state business solutions.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to architect solutions aligned with critical processes.
• Manage DOT Drupal CMS workflows, including web content publishing, taxonomy, and authoring.
• Partner with project managers to lead weekly meetings, gather requirements, and resolve end-user issues.
• Deliver training and provide subject matter expertise on CMS capabilities.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with Agile User Story Mapping tools.
• 3-5 years of experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 3-5 years of experience using Atlassian Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Drupal content management systems.
• Ability to research, gather, and synthesize complex information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• US Citizenship required.
