Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Data Analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven experience in business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information.
• 7-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
