Lead business analysis, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making for digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Evaluate existing workflows and implement best practices for process optimization and automation.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and risks, then present actionable insights to senior management.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage expectations to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau, for dashboard development.
• Strong background in process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Proven track record in gap analysis, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating requirement gathering sessions and managing cross-functional team collaboration.
• Ability to present complex analytical findings to non-technical leadership.
