Description

You will analyze business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions using SQL, Power BI, and cloud services. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to support capital markets operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL.
• Support implementation and configuration of Microsoft D365/CRM, ServiceNow, and SAP modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and validate deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services (PaaS and IaaS).
• Familiarity with Microsoft ALM, D365/CRM Online, or Microsoft MEM.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP APO, SAP Fiori, SAP BPC, or S/4 Hana.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning technologies in capital markets.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce or Demandware.
