You will drive the design, development, and implementation of large-scale pension solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements by collaborating with subject matter experts and technical analysts.
• Translate business needs into functional designs.
• Develop task plans and manage timelines across simultaneous project activities to meet deadlines.
• Apply analytical approaches to identify and define solutions for root-level needs.
• Model business processes using BPMN.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience with large-scale pension solution implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL or querying data structures.
• Strong understanding of entity relationships and data structures.
• Experience working within AGILE and waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of business process modeling or BPMN.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to non-technical staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, Math, Business, or a related field.
• Must be a US Citizen or have permanent/valid US work status.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• CBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA certification.
