Description

You will gather business requirements, develop documentation, and support Agile delivery cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to define solution scope.
• Develop BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Support backlog management and sprint planning activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain requirements traceability.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft business applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• CBAP or Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
