Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business cases and work plans to support business initiatives.
• Manage requirements gathering and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Recommend new operational plans to address evolving business needs.
• Solve complex business problems through structured analytical processes.

Required Skills

• 11-15 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• 11-15 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 11-15 years of experience using MS Office and PowerPoint.
• 6+ years of experience supporting teams in building Enterprise Web Applications.
• 5+ years of experience working with Web-Based and Client/Server Applications.
• 5+ years of experience with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.
