Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to drive project outcomes across wealth management operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions to define and validate requirements.
• Analyze current processes in advisory, brokerage, portfolio management, trading, custody, and client onboarding to recommend improvements.
• Prepare business cases, gap analyses, and impact assessments for senior leadership.
• Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end project outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong Wealth Management domain expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of advisory, brokerage, portfolio management, trading, custody, and client onboarding processes.
• Proven experience working with VP/C-level stakeholders and leading requirements workshops.
• Experience across the full SDLC, including requirements, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mutual Funds.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
