Description

Lead process improvement, workflow optimization, and AI integration initiatives for the Private Credit & Equity division.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic operational initiatives focused on technology enablement and AI integration.
• Partner with investment, operations, and technology teams to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Manage cross-functional projects including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution.
• Optimize core business systems, including CRM and portfolio management platforms.
• Analyze operational and financial data to develop actionable insights and reporting enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or technology/process optimization.
• Experience within private equity, private credit, investment banking, or financial services.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with large datasets, operational reporting, and workflow redesign.
• Strong understanding of private markets workflows, deal sourcing, and portfolio management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical and investment teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DealCloud CRM, eFront, or Cobalt.
• Familiarity with AI Agent builds and automation tools.
