Description

You will serve as the technical liaison for Oracle HRMS, Finance, and BI applications, driving requirement analysis, system integration, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business needs for cross-functional projects.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and integration issues, proposing alternative solutions to resolve conflicting business practices.
• Provide functional guidance on RICEW components and support HRMS integrations with third-party systems.
• Manage projects through internal lifecycle processes, addressing timeline issues in coordination with the Project Management Organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support of IT systems.
• Deep techno-functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS configurations and Oracle Financials modules (GL, FA, AP, PO, PA).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for analysis, troubleshooting, and data conversion.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow, AME, and XML Publisher (BI Publisher) reports.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS versions R12.1 and R12.2.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Visio, Project, and OneNote.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
