Description

You will lead large-scale, cross-Business Unit projects and programs within the financial services sector. You will manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and coordinate between business, technology, customer, and vendor groups to ensure project alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to project teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Execute operational and administrative program management tasks, including metrics collection and status reporting.
• Assess complex problems by evaluating multiple factors to recommend actionable solutions.
• Communicate project updates and present findings to senior internal leadership and executive groups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-Business Unit projects.
• Strong background in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization.
• PMI certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Ability to work directly with executives across technology and business domains.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cross-domain knowledge in Fidelity.
• Previous consulting experience.
