Description

You will drive the definition, prioritization, and development of projects and strategies within the Solutions Office. You will own intellectual property, procedures, critical metrics, and scorecards associated with your services.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions that simplify, standardize, and customize existing business processes.
• Lead end-to-end project teams to migrate activities, including client-specific content preparation, service reviews, and enablement tasks.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Automation, and Software Engineering teams to deliver service requirements for Sales and Service Delivery.
• Define, design, and deploy new Solutions Office services to internal customers.
• Organize and track all documentation regarding Solutions Office infrastructure and vendor information.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset for data and metric management.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from end-to-end.
• Ability to influence cross-functional groups including Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Experience with critical metrics and scorecards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Solutions Office or similar strategic operational environments.
