The ideal candidate has strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, data analysis, use case development, user acceptance testing, documentation, and backlog management using Jira or similar tools. A solid understanding of web application architecture, the ability to translate complex business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Strong organization, the ability to manage multiple priorities, influence cross-functional teams, and work independently are key to success. Experience with Microsoft Office tools is expected, while CBAP or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification and healthcare domain knowledge are considered valuable additions
