Description

You define, prioritize, and develop projects and strategies within the Solutions Office while owning associated intellectual property, procedures, and metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions to simplify, standardize, and customize existing business processes.
• Lead end-to-end project teams for activity migration, including client content preparation and enablement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Automation, and Software Engineering to deliver service requirements for Sales and Service Delivery.
• Define, design, and deploy new Solutions Office services for internal customers.
• Organize and track documentation for Solutions Office infrastructure and vendor information.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset for data and metric management.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from end-to-end.
• Ability to influence cross-functional groups including Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Experience with critical metrics and scorecards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Solutions Office or similar strategic operational environments.
