Description

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows related to CIAM initiatives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, security teams, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.

Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.

Manage and maintain project documentation using Confluence.

Create and track stories, defects, and project deliverables using JIRA.

Support end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and production deployment.

Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, test case creation, defect tracking, and validation.

Analyze customer identity lifecycle processes including registration, authentication, authorization, self-service account management, and profile management.

Document customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve user experience and security.

Work closely with QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analysis experience.

Strong experience supporting CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) projects.

Hands-on experience with Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory, etc.).

Experience supporting customer-facing authentication and authorization platforms.

Extensive experience using:

Experience with UAT planning, execution, defect management, and test documentation.
