Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for CIAM initiatives, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage project documentation in Confluence, and track deliverables in JIRA to support end-to-end delivery from requirements through production deployment. You will coordinate User Acceptance Testing, analyze customer identity lifecycle processes, and identify opportunities to improve user experience and security.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and gap analysis.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and project discussions with product owners, architects, and security teams.
• Manage project documentation and track stories, defects, and deliverables using JIRA and Confluence.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, case creation, and defect validation.
• Analyze customer identity lifecycle processes and document customer journeys to enhance security and UX.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting CIAM projects.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory).
• Strong background in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Experience with UAT planning, execution, and test documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting customer-facing authentication and authorization platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in identity management.
