You will translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements, leveraging data science concepts and statistical analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed functional and technical requirements for data products and business initiatives.
• Perform statistical and quantitative analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving.
• Develop reports and visualizations using Power BI and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams within an Agile framework using Azure DevOps.
• Anticipate issues and propose streamlined solutions to improve processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of technical concepts, principles, and terminology.
• Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint for presenting complex concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, advanced sorting, VLOOKUP).
• Experience working within the Agile framework and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Knowledge of data science concepts and data product lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
