Description

You will analyze SACWIS/CCWIS enterprise systems, gathering functional and technical requirements to design business processes and support service delivery efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements with high attention to detail.
• Design business processes using established concepts and techniques.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and meetings with stakeholders ranging from direct delivery staff to executive leadership.
• Develop and present project status updates and reports on key performance indicators.
• Create documentation summarizing analysis and key recommendations for organizational use.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Process Design.
• 8+ years of experience with SACWIS/CCWIS system analysis or implementation.
• 8+ years of experience in functional and technical requirements documentation.
• 8+ years of experience using the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint).
• 8+ years of experience facilitating meetings and conducting presentations for all organizational levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with executive leadership and external partners.

Preferred Skills

• Awareness or knowledge of DFPS systems and programs.
