You bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize accounting and P&L systems and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate stakeholder needs into specific business requirements and functional specifications for accounting systems.
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to implement process changes.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key financial metrics for management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on accounting and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Experience with accounting systems and software.
• Proven ability to manage projects through planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and draw conclusions from financial data.
• Ability to communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience resolving problems related to accounting and financial processes.

Preferred Skills

• CPA or other relevant accounting certifications.
