You will analyze banking operations, gather requirements, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role focuses on process improvement, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder collaboration within the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for retail, commercial, and investment banking operations.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify improvement areas and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure clear communication among project teams.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and support testing and validation of solutions.
• Monitor project progress, report key metrics, and provide ongoing support and training to end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations including retail, commercial, and investment banking.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in banking (AML, KYC, Dodd-Frank).
• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
