Key Responsibilities

Support and enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) applications across Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions

Collaborate with business users to analyze and improve warehouse and logistics processes

Support warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment

Manage and support integrations between JDE, WMS platforms, and related enterprise systems

Work with RF/mobile warehouse solutions and support RF-enabled operational workflows

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and offshore resources for issue resolution and project delivery

Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and ongoing support activities

Support EDI transactions and integration processes across supply chain systems

Contribute to ERP enhancement and transformation initiatives within manufacturing/distribution operations

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1)

Strong expertise in JDE Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules

Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Experience supporting RF-enabled warehouse operations and mobile scanning solutions

Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse management, logistics, and distribution processes

Experience with JDE/WMS integrations and EDI transactions

Background working in manufacturing and distribution environments

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Experience collaborating with cross-functional and offshore teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RFSmart or similar RF/mobile warehouse solutions

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira

Experience supporting ERP transformation or process improvement initiatives
