Description

You will act as a Business Analyst specializing in Workday systems and HR technology integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Map and document business processes using standard mapping tools.
• Manage and coordinate technical projects within the HR technology space.
• Analyze HR data and system requirements to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to solve technical problems and improve system workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• 3+ years of direct Workday experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core, Absence, Time Tracking, or Compensation modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in business process mapping and documentation.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with other HR technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Pro certification or advanced configuration skills.
• Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, custom reports, or integrations (EIBs).
• Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum.
