Description

You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams to drive product vision and feature delivery within the TechOps space.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business objectives into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Identify project impediments and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Perform user acceptance testing to validate that delivered features meet requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• 4+ years working within an Agile environment.
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master for at least 20% of your time.
• Proficiency using ADO for Agile project tracking and progress monitoring.
• Proven ability to run daily Scrum ceremonies and drive development teams.
• Strong expertise in gathering complex requirements and backlog management.
• Experience working on application development teams.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% to meet with end-users.
