Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews and elicit requirements from stakeholders.
• Document requirements clearly for development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Interface with multiple agencies, vendors, and internal departments to drive solutions.
• Analyze, organize, and solve complex problems to support modernization efforts.
• Identify gaps in current workflows and propose actionable improvements.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of general Business Analyst experience.
• 6-7 years conducting business process reviews and requirements elicitation.
• Expert proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping.
• Advanced skills in MS Office products.
• Proven ability to work across various enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multiple external agencies and vendors.
• Background in enterprise modernization projects.
