Description

You will manage the integration of E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley e-Delivery requirements within the Integration office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate independent meetings to drive project progress and technical discussions.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and execution.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration goals.
• Own the integration process with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery of e-Delivery requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Direct experience in Capital Markets and Wealth Management domains.
• Proven ability to lead technical requirement gathering sessions.
• Proficiency in MS Office for high-quality documentation and presentation preparation.
• Experience working within integration office environments and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong ability to drive projects forward and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
