Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Global Funding Investment Insurance Technology team in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprints and backlog grooming.
  • Work across geographically diverse functions including front office, middle office, finance, operations, compliance, and risk.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or requirements documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience solving problems and designing solutions for client or stakeholder groups.
  • Deep domain knowledge of Capital Markets, including Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, Futures, Bonds, Securities, Money Market Instruments, and Loans.
  • Expertise in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycles, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of balance sheets and income statements.
  • Experience working within an Agile software development team.
  • Technical familiarity with Python, Java, and Angular2 environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis or modeling.
