You will bridge the gap between business users and development teams to deliver functional solutions within the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Document functional and non-functional requirements by working directly with business users.
• Collaborate with development teams to build, test, and deploy solutions.
• Manage enhancement requests, production issues, and the full lifecycle of outstanding issues from initiation to deployment.
• Maintain communication channels with stakeholders regarding deliverables and project status.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Working knowledge of the financial industry and capital markets.
• Proficiency with SQL and data mining techniques.
• Experience using Jira within an Agile methodology.
• Strong application support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adhere to industry standard BA best practices and internal policies.
